This food truck has The Cheesy Mac and Rib, that is a sharp cheddar cheese, house-smoked BBQ prok, southern style mac & cheese and carmelized onions on french bread.  Imagine this sandwich alongside some of their famous twice-baked dipping sauce, simply delicious.
